Working Together at Equinox Care
Sessions at Equinox Care offer integrative, body-based support grounded in listening, pacing, and collaboration.
This is about creating space to notice patterns, support regulation, and explore what balance looks like for you. You don’t need to prepare, perform, or have a clear goal.
We start where you are.

Session Options
Massage Session - 60 minutes
$110 (HST included)
This is your focused, therapeutic massage session. Perfect when you have a specific area that needs attention or you’re looking to ease tension without going into a full deep-dive.
We’ll take a few minutes at the start to talk about what your body needs that day, then get to work. Whether that’s targeted muscle relief, general tension reduction, or helping your system settle enough to exhale a little.
You can chat, zone out, or fall asleep, I’ll take my cues from you.
My goal is always the same: your muscles soften, your nervous system settles, and you leave feeling like yourself again (or at least closer to it).
Wellness Session — 75 minutes
$140 (HST included)
The Wellness Session is a body-forward session focused on nervous system support, regulation, and integration.
Conversation may arise naturally if helpful, but the emphasis remains on body-based care and allowing space to settle, rest, and recalibrate.
This session is well-suited for:
stress, tension, or overwhelm
ongoing nervous system support
people who prefer a quieter, body-based experience
Integrative Session — 90 minutes
Expanded Support & Integration
$180 (HST included)
The Integrative Session offers a slower, more spacious format for those who would like additional time for reflection, exploration, and guided integration alongside body-based care.
This session includes:
body-based support
integrative health guidance and reflective conversation
space for integration, meaning-making, and pacing
The additional time allows for deeper exploration without rushing and can be especially supportive during periods of transition, decision-making, or when more context feels helpful.
Approaches That May Be Used
Sessions at Equinox Care are integrative and responsive. Rather than following a fixed structure, sessions may draw from a range of approaches, chosen collaboratively and guided by consent.
Depending on your needs, a session may include elements such as:
Massage therapy
Craniosacral work
Visceral work
Reiki / energy-based support
Breathwork
Guided visualization
Somatic practices and body awareness
Integrative health guidance and reflective dialogue (Integrative sessions only)
Not all sessions include all of these, and no single approach is required.
You don’t need to know or choose what you want ahead of time, we decide together.
Who These Sessions Tend to Support Well
Sessions at Equinox Care often resonate with people who:
feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected
are navigating periods of change or transition
live with ongoing stress or long-standing patterns
want care that respects both science and lived experience
prefer a thoughtful, body-based approach
You’re welcome whether you’re seeking occasional support or a steadier rhythm of care.

A Few Common Questions
What if I’m nervous?
That’s very common and completely okay. You don’t need to arrive calm, relaxed, or prepared. We take time at the beginning of the session to settle, talk things through, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
There’s no pressure to talk, share, or do anything you’re not ready for.
Do I keep my clothes on?
For most sessions, yes — you remain fully clothed.
If massage therapy is part of your session, we’ll discuss that ahead of time. Massage sessions follow standard massage therapy practices, including appropriate draping and consent. You’re always welcome to ask questions, adjust, or decline any part of the session.
What is the touch like?
Touch, when used, is gentle, respectful, and non-invasive, unless massage therapy is specifically included.
All touch is optional, discussed in advance, and guided by consent. Some sessions involve very subtle touch or none at all.
Do I need to know what I want before I come?
No. You don’t need a clear goal, a diagnosis, or the right words. We start where you are and figure things out together.
What if something doesn’t feel right during the session?
You can change your mind at any time. You’re always welcome to ask questions, pause, or adjust the session. Your comfort and sense of safety come first.
